Evenning Primrose Oil!!!
So my bf bought me a bottle of that stuff! im just about 36wks,,,i know i can start them now, Docs say you can start them at 35wks....ill be taking two tablets vaginally every night. I know this does NOT induce labor...but my Cervix doesnt like change at all....So, im just hoping to help my body. but i am not going to try Castor Oil...that seems a bit extreme and dangerous.

I want to hear more too, my doc gave me the ok to take it today once I hit 36 weeks! That and the red raspberry leaf tea.
also, once you hit 38wks thats when you jump up to 4 pills....

you can either take it by mouth, OR stick it up in your vagina. either or...i heard that by mouth it could make your poops be REALLY loose (id prefer mine to stay the way they are lol) and i hear its more effective if you take it vaginally....
but yes..the point is to take it vaginally 2 pills at night (just before bed) and get them as close to your cervix as possible and over night while your sleeping, your body heat will melt the gel and release the oil and it should spread onto your cervix and help to soften it...it will NOT put you into labor...it just helps to soften your cervix....

Im so lost about this pill lol everyday I see woman post about it & now im curious so do we stck it up there like a tampon?
I was taking it and it wasn't doing a d*mn thing lol so i stopped. But pineapple seems to be doing the trick for me (: I'm 38+66
well my nails are always short! and i wouldnt stick anything dirty up in there! my bf and i dont even have sex unless both of us have JUST showered lol...and then we become dirty from sex....makes no sense...lol
i plan on taking them at night after my shower :)...and i always wear a panty liner anyways bc of the amount of discharge ive had through out this pregnancy....i just dont know how to reach my cervix...so idk if its bad if i cant find my cervix..

I started taking it a couple weeks ago and it has definitely worked for me. I have by gotten checked by my doctor yet but I can feel the change down below. My baby is way lower and my cervix has softened because I feel it. The discharge has increased also. Just a warning with inserting them vaginally though. Use a glove or wash your hands really good and wear a liner. You will leak oil.
