Okay I just read something that says unpasteurized cheeses are not good like mozzarella omg I've been eating cheese sticks mini baby bell is that bad??? I'm going to stop now though regardless

Sometimes they smell bad buts it's like heaven in your mouth. The blue cheeses smell the worst though but I'm not into eating visable mould. If you ever find daffinois triple cream brie it's aah-mazing pretty much one of my favorite soft cheeses but it can be hard to find seeing as it's an imported French cheese

Okay good.. all those funky cheeses are kinda gross lol it has always freaked me out to eat something that smells really bad lol

Pasteurized Hard cheeses r safe, cheddar cheeses, mozzarella, parm cheese are all safe. Cream cheese is safe. Ricotta cheese from the store is safe. Cheese slices are safe....those weird exotic cheeses lol I call them that cause I never eat them like brie and that queso or however u spell it are the ones u wanna stay away from...all cheeses are gonna be labeled pasteurized or not pasteurized. Although the unpasteurized cheese are safe if they are Cooked only.

Most cheeses are pasteurized just look on the ingredients list it should say it's made using pasturized milk. Plus I've been eating mozzerella
..it's the brie and camembert and stuff that you actually need to watch out for
