Ok so i went to the Dr today and my level has dropped from 406 to 320 since Saturday.. Is this normal because im not having any signs of a miscarriage or anything
I think it if were a viable pregnancy, it should've risen at least a little since saturday for it to be missing a twin. I'll be thinking of you hun!
That is what happened with my first pregnancy I lost my sons twin so it is possible good luck to you
Yes you can have a mc with no signs. It happened to me last year. It's called a missed mc.
