A red bump in my Vagina..

I am currently pregnant, i got checked for stds at the beginning of my pregnancy and everything was fine. I discovered this small bump inside my labia about 2 weeks ago, and last  night i noticed it had grown . It is red and hard, but is not painful or itchy. What could this be? I wont be able to see an ob for another 2-3  weeks, i am really worried mostly because i am pregnant.

does it look like it could hold pus. If so its a bartholins cyst or a skene duct cyst. they are nothing to worry about. they happen alot to women that have children and are carrying. if it does hold pus just go take a hot rag and hold to cyst and let sit on there for a good 5-10 mins reheating if neccessary. then i know this is gross but with your fingers try and gradually push on the cyst and extract the pus. once the pus is all released the problem will go away but its more then likely going to come back

Call your ob and tell them about it.  And they should see you sooner to make sure what it is.  Because if it is std. Then they need to see and test it while you are having an outbreak.   Because some stds can lay dormat for 6 months at a time
