Try getting in 70-100g of HEALTHY fats everyday!
In the US we are always told to do "low fat" & "fat free" but 60% of your brain is made up of fat! If you don't get enough fat, your body tries to pull it from different parts of your body (ie. Brain). When this happens, your brain is chemically imbalanced and things like depression and anxiety can occur.
Also your baby needs healthy fat for good brain
health :-) hope it gets better! You're not alone!
