Two uteruses and two cervixes

I have recently learned that I have a didelphic uterus, two uteri, two cervixes, and just had a positive pregnancy blood test.  I have noticed brown spotting, only in very small amounts in the last two days, maybe six times-and am worried that this may be a miscarriage.  I have had two healthy babies (premature) and one miscarriage six months ago.  Should I be concerned?  I know stess is not good for pregnancy, but I have so many questions and concerns about this condition..that I just can't help it.

Thanks annalc, I will be knocking my docs door down with questions...once I finally am seen.  The spotting has pretty much stopped, although once in a while there is a hint still.

Thickm, yea I could be on Tyra I guess, my doc told me I'm a reproductive superwoman, I think more like a superfreak: LOL.

I don't know anything about that condition, but usually as long as the spotting is brown, then there isn't much cause for concern. If it becomes bright red and is accompanied by cramps then you should see your doctor. Brown or even light pink spotting is very common in pregnancy. I'm sure that it probably isn't different just because of having an extra uterus and cervix. Try not to stress out about it, you should be fine. Also, probe your doctor for answers to your questions, that's what they are for and they should be able to put your mind at rest.
