Rough sex

This is my.first pregnancy & I would like to know if rough sex will make, me have a miscarriage? I am 8 weeks 5days and this morning I had rough sex and I'm a little worried cause during sex I caught a sharp pain in my belly button but it quickly went away.I'm not .spotting but am a little sure down there. My doc.said no aerobics & what I did this morning felt, like a work out. Should I be worried? If I'm miscarrying what are the signs?

I did the same thing and I was like six weeks, had that Sharp pain. I'm 21 weeks now :) if you had rough sex before you can have it now ;) but, of course don't put yourself through pain .

If it hurts, I would refrain from rough sex. It's best to consult with your ob as well. Bleeding after sex is normal during pregnancy bc the cervix becomes engorged with blood. So if you do spot, this could be why. I wouldn't think it would disturb anything, but its always best to refrain if it causes you pain.

Seriously though, I would ask your ob to put your mind at ease.
