Shes right! Just do things that calm you down! Find your "happy place" as for me, im a Texas girl so driving through the country with country music playing is as calm as it gets. Its hard to stay calm but just remember that its not for you its for your bundle of joy :)
Relaxation techniques all depend on what soothes you personally. Me, I like taking bubble baths, reading a book, drinking a hot beverage, writing, listening to music, talking with my husband, hanging out with my friends, etc :)
