I was told deli meat was fine as long as you heated it up, but to stay away from cold deli meat, especially if it is a communal thing and you don't know how long it has been sitting out. I was told to avoid all salads (like potato salad or egg salad) unless I made it myself though. It *****, because whenever there are meetings people always bring sandwiches.

It sounds like maybe it just didnt settle in your tummy very well. The risk of listeriosis is super low. I eat bologna all the time and ive never been sick or caught that. Im 37 weeks.
