Spotting pink brown and sometimes red but not a lot?

Some of you know i went to the emergency room on thursday night with some spotting that included red blood so they did all the tests and everything looked pretty ok he said that i had a subchronic hemorrage where a small part of the placenta tears and left me with the diagnoses of a threatened miscarriage.. anyways i have continued to spot most brown and pink discharge and a few small drops of red.. now today i have no feeling of nausea when that has been my biggest problem with this pregnancy. The emergency room doc said he wasn't really concerned and to follow up with my doc on monday.. but i'm just wondering what the heck is going on. I had some few cramps that felt very low and sharp that stopped me in my tracks last night but went away after like 5 seconds.. this happened twice. i guess i'm just wondering whats going on and if i should be concerned?

i had a miscarriage 9 months ago first it started light bleeding, cramps, then it progressively got worse within a few days. so i'd say your symptom would be persistent cause ur body will want to abort. i think your fine just keep ur body resting. ive got horrible ocds now from miscarrying. ughhhh.

Hey! I have been following you and watching to see what happens with you. I am sorry that you are going through all of this (((HUGS))) ok... I am not sure how far along you are but sometimes in pregnancy symptoms come and go even in earlier pregnancies and doesn't really indicate any kind of problem. I would say if at all possible it would probably be in your best interest to stay off of your feet for the rest of the weekend to try to let your body heal itself or at least keep the pressure off of the area for a while. There are plenty of women here that have had a sub hem that have bled severely for weeks and have gone on to have absolutely healthy pregnancies. Try and take it easy and definitely follow up with your doctor on monday!
