Helo am confused have been spotting for two weeks now.7 weeks pregnant few abdominal cramps first pregnancy
^ i agreed with babyg92. some spotting is normal but for 2 weeks and cramps, you should be seen. even if it is nothing, it's better to make sure. some people do bleed through their pregnancy though
