well 7 months ago i gave birth to my daughter , the docs supposedly clamped and cut my tubes out well i was late took a home pregnancy test was positive so i rushed to the er thinking it was a tubal.well at my ob i found out they only clamped my tubes...well they did an ultrasound and i am pregnant..well i went to my ob last friday they did a ultrasound baby was measuring 6 weeks only seen one baby no heartbeat they had me come back yesterday tuesday...they did blood work and another ultrasound my hcg levels are 29,000 and the ultrasound showed two babies...well they are both measuring small , 6 weeks, gestation i should be 9 weeks...and no heartbeat...the doctors are worried that the babies are not getting any bigger and i was told to not get my hopes up but not get discouraged either...i have to go back next wednesday to do more blood work and see if the babies have grown any...i havent had any cramping no bleeding no signs of miscarriage ...but my pregnancy symptoms has been really mild unlike all my other ones....has anyone ever had this happen and did everything turn out okay
im so scared and nervous about what im going to find out next wednesday...i am praying for my babies to be okay ...any info would be great thanks so much ...if i was miscarrying or the babies were dead wouldnt i be having some type of symptoms

Not necessarily. Until the hormone is out of your body you're going to feel pregnant, and it's also possible to experience a missed miscarriage. This is where you miscarry, but your body doesn't realize it so the tissue isn't expelled. Many times women go in for routine exams and find out baby has passed.

It could be that you ovulated late. Next week they should be measuring a week later and if they are then most likely you'll see a heartbeat then.
