spitting

every single day, every single minute i find myself spitting, it's so bad to the point where i don't like to go around people bc they think it's so weird that i spit every 2 seconds, i carry a bottle around everywhere i go, it's so annoying I'll do anything to stop it! Is this common for pregnant women? does anyone know of any remedies.. PLEASE HELP :(

I too suffered from excessive spitting. Lol. I would carry around napkins & towels just to spit in them, then I realized I was making a habit out of spitting cause I did it constantly. But if I held it in my mouth I would have the urge to puke. So I just stopped thinking about spitting &I also started carrying a cup of ice water to sip on to swallow the spit instead. And believe it or not  it worked! I'm now 6 months pregnant
&I no longer spit excessively. Hope this helps!

I've been told to cut down in sugar intake. It really helped me out. Even if it does come back when I have sugar I pop in a piece of gum and it's not as bad

I had that for a while in the beginning/middle of my pregnancy.. it went away. I still do spit but not as much as before.

I noticed I started drooling while I'm sleeping a lot more.
