Castor oil might help some people but what your really doing to your body is putting a lot of tension through it I wouldn't recommend it only because I don't believe it is a safe solution, I feel it does more harm than good, you can try sex and or self relief if you catch my drift ;) good luck on your adventure to bring your precious bundle into this world and congrats :)

I tried red raspberry leaf tea and primrose oil capsules today. Supposed to help dialate and thin

Castor oil will not work unless you are already dialating and effaced. My sister took it when she was 3.5 cm and 100% effaced, and it worked wonderfully for her. I tried it when I was 1 cm and 70% effaced and here I am, still pregnant.. with my due date one day away. (I've tried it 3 times!)
Have you tried evening primrose oil? Or red raspberry leaf tea?

O god definatley ***** i dont even get contractions hardly but my dr did talk about going next sunday to induce me but i wanted to naturally have her:/

Girl I'm still not dilated and my due date was the 4th :( been having contractions off and on since 37wks... He's being stubborn just like his mama :) I go Monday to talk about induction... Good luck

I heard castor oil helps
