Lots of small healthy snacks can help. It may be a few more weeks til you get your appetite back. Just remember every two hours to eat some sort of snack. It'll help your energy level and keep you from being sick from waiting too long to eat. Granola bars, carrots, Apple slices, fruit snacks, crackers with ham and cheese, whatever. It's obnoxious to make yourself eat, but it'll get better if you do.
Thats how i was. i didnt start getting an appetite till around 20 weeks.. sometimes you just have to try and eat:/ i know when people told me that id say " dont you think i would if i could" but, its true.. good luck!
