I'm 2 cm dilated70-80% effaced had a membrane sweep about 30 mins ago, how long does it take? I'll be induced Wednesday of it don't work. What can I do to help it along?
If your that much effaced. Trying walking and doing squats. The pressure of the babies head helps push against the cervix making it dilate.
