My fiance's mom make shredded chicken, which is where you boil the chicken to cook it all the way through, let them cool, shred it up, put it in a slow cooker with a box of stuffing mix, some cream of chicken soup and a cup of chicken broth. It's really good, especially if you toast the buns :)

I also made my fiance some philly cheese steaks the other day. I bought some steak ums from the store (or you can just buy some thinly sliced steak), fry it up and chop it as it cooks with some onions and when they get done, put them on a toasted sub bun with your choice of cheese :)

Soups and chili's are also really good to cook in a slow cooker. All the flavors blend together so well, and all you have to do is just dump the ingredients in and stir occasionally.

Yup...slow cooker all the way! I also do a lot of roasts with whole chickens or beef that include veggies and potatoes. They take about 5 minutes to put together.

Other easy meals... I saute veggies (mushrooms, spinach, peppers...whatever) and cook pasta. Toss them together with minced garlic (I buy it minced), parmesean cheese, lemon juice and olive oil. I have done this 100 different ways and it's good and filling for the men.

Soups... kind of like the slow cooker and roast meals because you just put them together and let them cook for a long time. I but chicken when it is on sale...roast it and pull it off the bone and freeze it. Whenever I want soup...I pull out some stock, chicken and some kind of carb (rice, pasta) throw in some diced veggies and parsley, salt, pepper and savory. Buy some good artisan slicing bread to go with it. Easy.

Chili is the same way. I make enough to freeze for multiple meals.

Meatloaf...I make three at a time. 3lbs of beef/meat (we use venison) mixed with 1lb of sausage. 1 diced onion, 1 diced, green/red pepper, mushrooms (saute them), 1 cup of bread crumbs, 2 eggs. 3 tlbs worchestire sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Mix by hand (gross) and separate into 3 loaves. Cook them all at 375 for about an hour. Let 2 cool down and throw them in the freezer. It's great.

I could go on...

Do u have a slow cooker? My slow cooker has been my beat friend. Throw some prok chops, chicken or beef in, maybe some sliced up potates underneath and a can  of mushroom soup on top. Everything comes out so tender my mans been loving it haha i also cut up a bunch of veggies (i know thats alot of prep) but its so much easier to cut everything up at once stuck it in the fridge then just have throw it together with some meat, or in a wrap or salad, or eggs haha either fried up on toast or hard boiled and in a salad, my man loves eggs and its good easy protien. Umm quesidillas are pretty east especially if your veggies are already cut up. Or ive been buying these pork chops and steak that are all seasoned in the package throw that in the oven, make some side kicks, or throw a couple potatoes in the oven with it and voila haha hope some of this helps
