On your tracker when a check mark at the top appears what does that mean? Also I think I O yesterday instead of today..just by monitoring CM and cervix but anyhoo I do have abdominal discomfort thats part of it right? Any help is appreciated.. This is my first time actually charting and planning to conceive.

If you mean the little check mark at the top by the months, I don't think it's a check mark. I believe it is a graph of your BBT. Since you just started checking them it is small because it is shown by the month there. I don't check mine but I've seen it on the mood and weight trackers. abdominal discomfort can definately go along with Oing. Sometimes it takes a few days to O once you get the signs. Your cervix should drop and become firmer also.
