Okay so originally I was going to have my babyshower right before I hit eight months like I did with my son only now I am 21+3 woth my baby girl and I am high risk because I have placenta previa and a hematoma that has gotten larger....should I plan to have my baby shower sooner?

It's really up to you, but I think it may be a good idea to have It a little sooner. Plus I'm sure your guests would understand why you want to have it early. :-)
