Post Pregnancy pooch

Hello Ladies any ideas on how to loose the post pregnancy pooch... I need some effective and pretty quick ways..... ( I know thats what they all say) I really dont mind the little bit I have gained all over but I would love to loose the poochie look... Like I am 3 months pregnant. haha HELP ME PLEASE

I was only like 106 lbs pre pregnancy and had a flat tummy. I am now 6 weeks 5 days post delivery and can work out.. I now weigh 122 ( which I have no problem with) just the fact the stupid little poochie is driving me crazy.... HELP

Crunches...lots and lots of crunches. That's all I can think of.

If you have a local Jazzercise center, I'd join it. It's the only place I know where you can get in shape without realizing it because you're having so much fun. Before pregnancy, I was trim and toned thanks to that place. Now, if could just get my b utt back! I've already sworn that after THIS baby comes, I'm going back no matter WHAT! I can't imagine what my belly will look like after TWO babies! LOL

Maybe you can send alaysha a private message and ask her...I saw pics of her on her profile in her bathing suit after she had Aspen and she looked STUNNING!  She looked better than a lot of people who haven't had babies lol!  I'm not prego yet and had a mc in December so I haven't been through this BUT I can see myself asking this question in the future!
