You can try shoving it back in, just be gentle. It might come back if it's a stubborn one but usually it will straighten itself out. Lots of water, fiber, and good stool softeners will help
R thoses normal to get when u r pregnant
Also you can apply ice to it for 10 minutes or so and then a warm moist washcloth for 15-20 minutes.
Yes, very normal. There's a lot of pressure on the pelvic area and combined with constipation it's the recipe for hemorrhoids.
I don't even know how I got it I haven't been constipated I will try I was nervous about putting back in.
It will only work if it's an internal hemorrhoid, but it won't hurt anything as long as you are very gentle with it.
My sister tells me to do things just for a laugh. Is there a at home way to numb it lol
Lol I have one of those sisters too. Ice would be the best way to numb it for now, it will also help with the swelling.
Push it back in and do kegels. My midwife told me to do that when I got my first.
I hate it I can't trust anything she says! I'm going to try the ice tho to help numb it. I haven't actually touched it but it feels like this thing has grown a inch since this morning so if anything hopefully it'll help with the swelling thank you!!!
Aww :( wait until after the ice before you push it back in, and then lay down for a while. My sister convinced me in 6th grade that "antiques" was pronounced "ant-i-cuse" so I went and told my whole class and even the teacher laughed at me :| haven't trusted her since lol. I hope you get some relief!
Ohh whats a internal one??
Well it's basically a bulging vein, internal or external is whether the vein was inside your anus or on the outside, internal can still bulge out of it, and it's usually because they're pinched or kinked, so when you push them inside they'll straighten out. If it's external pushing on it will just make it angrier so try to be gentle and not force it too much.
Ohh my gosh now I'm scared lol
Lol it will be ok, just be gentle and ice it before you push on it
Omg I got that with my first pregnancy & still have it 5 years later -___- im on my second now & ahh they are so painful !
