I'm 31 weeks and the past couple of days my back has been increasing in pain which I'm sure is normal and normally blood pressure is about 115/50 ish but today I haven't been too good at all and bp is 134/83 and has been about that for 3 hours or more just checked it then . Is this okay ?

High is 140/90 (only one number has to be that high). Where yours is usually low they'll want to keep an eye on you. I'm sure your doctor's will check you at you next appointment, which should be soon with how far you are. I wouldn't be too worried yet. Just talk to your doctor at your next appointment. My blood pressure has been 134/86 and my doctor is happy with it (they were worried because I've had bad headaches and my face went tingly and numb)

Anything past 180/20 is considered high, but you're only slightly elevated, not enough to consider preeclampsia. But if your swelling doesn't go down after a while you should contact your doctor.

You might want to get tested for pre eclampsia.  It might be nothing, but high blood pressure is a sign. And also if u have swelling in you hands, face.
