Ultrasounds (a little late)

I didn't find out I was pregnant until around 12-14 weeks. The first due date they gave me was January 11. Then I went back in for the 20 week ultrasound and it was changed to Jan 16th. My question is, finding out that late could it be off by that much? My coneption date is said to be between April 22-27. And my last period was around the 9th but I don't remember. All I'm sure of, is it was within the first 2 weeks of the month. If since my 20 week ultrasound I've been measuring right on the mark... should I still question the accuracy? Is 12-14 weeks even all that late to find out? I've only had a few ultrasounds, 3 max. I'm just worried for my baby. Also, my pre pregnancy weight was 108 and I'm around 5'4". I'm pretty petite, or was... anyway I now weigh 151 and am in my third trimester. Do you think I'm more susceptible to measure small then to measure bigger? Last question, would eating fast food make the baby larger than he's really supposed to be? Or am I the one that gains the excess weight? Thank you.

Try not to worry sounds fine to me,I am also small.when I had my son 9 months ago,I looked huge.I did eat alot of take aways,I would cut down on that if I was you.try eat more healthy food.you gain the excess weight,so will bump.always remember even if we know our exact ovulation date.it can take several days for the egg to implant itself.which would suggest why most of us have scans that are a few days off.dont be a worry wart, enjoy your pregnancy.

5 days off is not a big deal, at all.  My first sono was about 7-9 days off from my due date (based on my last period).  ((Each measurement they took was different, that's why I say 7-9 days.))  I had a second sono a few days later, and those dates varied slightly, too, although they were consistent with the first sono.  Ultimately, my due date was set (based on sonos) 6 days later than it was based off my period.

Nope! Zero! But for some reason I just sense disaster on the horizon.

Have your doctors shown concern at all? If they're not, it would be safe to assume everything is fine.

No paternity concern. I'm just a worry wart.

You could honestly use either or. The dates are only 5 days different and as pregnancy progresses it's more common for them to be off. Unless paternity is in question conception isn't actually important. Paternity testing would be the only way to find out though. Some women just gain more weight while pregnant. If you've been eating tons of junk you're even more likely to put on more.

I'd go with your 12 weeks scan later on babies all grow at different rates at my 20 weeks scan I measured a week behind so I'd say the earlier on  the better,
