am i going to have my baby girl soon?

I'm 34weeks tomorrow and my baby girl has dropped for sure and today I felt sharp pains in my vagina area when I was sitting in the chair and had terrible lower back pain now when I walk my vagina feels heavy and lots of pressure I was already dilated 1cm and 50% effaced last week. Am I going to have her soon? And am I the only one having this?

I've had it since about 33 weeks, I'm 37+3 now and still no baby boy! You wanna wait until after the 37 week mark as much as possible also because your baby's lungs aren't fully developed and they'd still be a premie.

Your baby can drop at any time during pregnancy. As for being dilated and effaced, its not uncommon to stay dilated at a 1 for afew weeks.
