still negative

My period is now 3 weeks late. My lower abdomen is slightly swelling, I get cramps, and breasts are sensitive. But I take pregnancy test and they still come up negative.. I don't have to much stress, to blame on my missed period.  Could I be pregnant? Why are the tests still negative?

Make sure you give the test the full required time before you read the results. I made that mistake on the first test I took and thought it was negative. The next day I realized what I did, pulled it out of the trash, and it was positive.

What tests are you using? Sometimes we use them wrong ! Two lines are positive blatant or not. Get the clear blue it will tell you

The cramps and breast sensitivity could just be because you're late. But I'd leave it another few days then do another test. When I fell pregnant we did the positive test only a few days after a negative one and it came back saying I was 2-3 weeks pregnant, so it's about when the hormones rise enough to be detected.

Doctor and blood test will tell you some women's hormones don't rise as quickly as others so your hormones might not be high enough to read a positive on a urine test

I would try not to worry too much and give it a couple more weeks then test again. If still a negative and no period after that, go to doctor
