pregnancy after c-section

I had my daughter on december 17,2010 and my six week check-up was January 28. After giving birth to my daughter I was bleeding for 3 weeks straight. So im not sure if it included my period or not or if it was a result of my c-section or post pregnancy. So on Feb. 14 me and my daughters father had unprotected sex and I was ovaluating that day. I was in my 3rd day of it so im trying to figure out am I pregnant again. I never got what I would consider a period in january or Feb or March and it look like im not getting one for April either. I get cramps all the time just about and yesterday I was very irriatable thats usually what happens on the day of my period. Can someone please HELP ME !!!!!!!!

Well the bleeding after giving birth isn't a period. The name has slipped my mind, but its something all women have. Mine lasted 5 weeks. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you were in your 3rd day though. Do you mean ovulation? Or fertile days. Because the egg itself is only good for 12-24 hours or so once released. Anyways. You should be able to take a pregnancy test now with accurate results. If you're not trying to conceive make sure to be using condoms and such so you don't. Your body still needs time to heal from your pregnancy and c-section.

It's so hard to say. You can be fertile without having your period return, but it can also take up to a year for your cycles to return to normal... Are you breastdeeding (cause that can affect your cycles too).
