Hi. This is my first pregnancy and my husband is military and deploying soon so we wanted to get an ultrasound done. We went today and the OB says she thinks she saw the baby but she couldn't tell because it was to early. I'm just looking for positive feed back and maybe anyone that has been in my shoes and had a healthy baby.

Period like cramps is normally.  I was so scared to have a miscarriage that every time I had cramps I ran to the bathroom but nothin. Even if u have dark brown blood discharge that's normal.  It's implantation takin place.  Congratulations

I had some pretty awful period like cramps from about 4w to 9w. It's your uterus growing to make way for a growing baby!

Say Thank you to your husband for me for serving!  And thank you to YOU for being with a military man and making the sacrifice.

Congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to the forum! :)

Thank you. I know it's a little to early I just wanted some positive feedback with it being my first pregnancy. I've been cramping as well and I told her but she didn't seem to mind that I was cramping. She wants me to go back in 2 weeks ago hopefully she will see something then!

It's very early to see an actual baby. In a few weeks you should be able to see something more baby like. :)
