pregnancy pains

I'm 22 weeks and 3 days and I'm expecting a boy!  for the past couple of days I've been having cramps throughout my whole stomach. Also in my pelvic area I get sharp pains,my doctor says its just from my uterus expanding but sometimes I feel like something could be wrong. Has this ever happened to anyone else??

I'm 21 weeks and having the same thing! I was worried this morning because it felt like period cramps. They come and go. I'm just glad I'm not the only one feeling this. I'm asking my doctor next week at my appt.
