Not having a prior miscarriage doesn't make you any less likely to miscarry.  Once the baby has a heartbeat, the risk of miscarriage is lower but there still is a chance. There is no way to tell if you are going to miscarry or not or if this is normal. Some women spot in early pregnancy, especially after sex. Some cramping type feeling is normal during implanting and as the uterus grows however menstrual type cramps are not normal just light cramping.

The cramping is not that bad it's just uncomfortable and I did have bleeding after having intercourse that is the reason why I went to the hospital! When they did the tran.vag. Is when they found out the H/R was 110. The doctor sd I had a 50/50 chance but advice me to get prepared for m/c I'm really upset and scared I really want to have my baby eventhough it's unexpected! I am still spotting but only when I use the bathroom! Hopefully it's not a m/c...
