pregnant or not?

This month after long and deep conversations my partner and I decided to try again for a baby ( yay) so everything went to plan we did everything we could to ensure the dates and out baby dancing was done on the right days to maximise our chance, my issue is that with in 48 hours I started to spot red blood not alot but a little then it turned to brown and its remained there with cramping. I am not due for my period for another week and 3 days so what I was wondeirng if you could help me was could I be pregnant? Or is this an early and not normally like me period?
Please help me i would love to be pregnant right now but am worried this may not be the case.

Sounds like implantation bleeding to me.  I would wait until a missed period to test though because it may be to early to show now if you are.

How long ago did you get your abortion? Abortions can really mess up your cycle. I knew a girl who got one and even like 7 weeks later she still went threw weeks or spotting or bleeding with cramps to nothing for a couple weeks.
