Heartburn

This completely *****. I am currently sat on my sofa afraid to move because the heartburn is so bad I am terrified I will throw up if I move. I feel absolutely awful :( what have other mums done to feel better? I can't take much more of this. And if baby girl comes out bald I will be very unhappy to have suffered all this heartburn :(

Thanks ladies. :) I will try the milk thing and pop into the pharmacy before work to see what they have that I can take.

I heard that milk is a great fix but makes the heartburn come back worse the next time.. now i dont know if thats true but yeah thats what i read on here! I drink pints of the stuff though!

I got a perscription from my doctor so i didnt have to buy anymore gaviscon! I bloody hate heartburn! Its currently the bane of my life! He gave me something called Peptac and it amazing!
