Awesome. I will defiantly try this. Tha k you. I almost tried ice but it makes sense that it would do more harm than good. Heat packs it is!
Well if you're going to breastfeed I would start pulling on your nipples... to get them ready just a little. And it's better to do it when they hurt. So I would start doing that. Just lightly pull on them or mess with them. But for relief getting in a warm shower or bath or heating pad. I wouldn't do ice myself bc it makes it worse. And wear bras with extra support. Since the breast are growing the pulling and stretching will ease up just a little the more support you have. Even while sleeping. I have very small breast so unfortunately finding a bra that fits me is hard especially one with great support. I find holding mine helpful.
Yes I do plan to breastfeed. Strictly if possible. What relief tips do you have?
Mine started hurting around the same time. I used warm wash clothes on them and that seemed to help some. I used a heating pad too but ended up with itchy heat rash after using it...Hope you find some relief, Good luck :-)
Yeah. My nipples just hurt right now also. Are you planning on breastfeeding?
Okay. Cause since its Just my nipples hurting I was starting to get worried. My boobs are sort of sore but haven't been sore in a good two months. Lucky me!(:
It's normal. I started producing colostrum at 13 weeks and I still get this pain or very sharp pain on the sides of my boobs and I'm 29 weeks and 4 days
