Cervix pain(tmi)

I'll be 36 weeks tommaro and every time I go to the bathroom and poop i get the worst sharp pain in my cervix. At my appointment a weeks ago I was a centimeter dilated at 50% effaced so is the pain I'm feeling in my cervix due to the fact it is continuing to ripen or what?

Yes, if you're vaginally bleeding you need to be seen immediately. Bleeding while pregnant isn't normal (though is common) and should always be evaluated by a doctor.

No I go in tommaro but the other thing is when I went it hurt and there was bleeding associated. not hemorrhoids or bleeding from the rectum, but blood that dripped from my vagina (again sorry tmi)

I wouldn't think it's due to dilation. More than likely its due to the pressure on your lower body and normal aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Have you asked your doctor about the pain?
