Clysta is right, you can do all those tricks and they may not influence it at all.. everyone will have stories of doing things like that and ending up pregnant but there is no proof that those factors actually influenced it at all..

I would definitely work on cutting out alcohol, caffeine etc.. Not that you have to go without but moderation would be key...  at this point as it has only been two months, there is no reason to believe that either of you will have fertility issues...

try not to stress out about it as it will make things worst and take some of the fun out of the sex part...  It can make having sex seem like a chore and that can impact your relationship.....

It's very very important to not get your hopes up. Two months is NO time at all to have been trying. There are a lot of factors that play into it. Every month a couple has a 20-25% chance of conception. You also want to remember that more is not always better. For your best chances, have sex every other day leading up to ovulation and then for two days after. If you're smoking or drinking (or doing drugs) it's also a wise idea to cut all that out now. You will also want to start a prenatal vitamin now if you haven't already. It won't help, but it'll give your baby what it needs when you do get pregnant. An average couple can take upwards to a year or more to conceive naturally, so don't get discouraged too fast.

There's also the hype about lying down with your legs in the air, eating certain foods, whatever. NONE of these things make any difference. I've been pregnant twice and I never changed my diet, never took any medicines, never laid there, nothing. After my husband and I were done I got up, urinated and showered. Sperm is placed exactly where it needs to be when you have sex. Standing on your head will NOT change your odds, I promise you.

I would keep track of ovulation day , u can buy some OPK test to see which day u are ovulating . as soon as u get positive sign on that start to having intercourse , it is better that u even start couple days before that day. After having sex don’t jump up , just lay down for 15-20 min . I did this and I got pregno , I hope will work for u also. Best of luck and sending u a lot of baby dust
