realy confussed,get the H1N1 vaccine or not?

i was one of the pregnant women that said a big NO  to getting the H1N1 vaccine.for all the common reasons such as we dont know the long term effects it will have and so on.. yesterday i was watching the news and it was reported that a pregnant woman with no underline health problems has died from swine flu.my heart goes out to the family and my prayers are with them.
now i dont know what to do.this is the first case of this kind in this country so its all to real to me now.i am asking myself should i not get the vaccine bc i dont want to take the chance of harming my unborn child bc we dont know the long term effects,,, or should i get it bc if i dont i could die and the baby.. so its like im asking myself should i put the baby at risk getting the jab now or put my life at risk not getting it. im realy so confused. swine flu is in our area and in the school,its seems everyone is getting it.just woundering what are your views? has anyone here said no then changed their mind,and for what reasons?

Yeah i def do not only go by Mercola he was just one example, so find something else to say. myy cruisade isn't misramable, and if it is i guess since u do not agree with me i guess yours is too. I simply posted some of my thoughts and links it is people like you, who freak about it. I have not been rude or obnoxious like you in any way. So again i love when people do not agree how they act.

I just can't stand people who stand by vaccines like it is a religion and then have them encourage people to take them as if it were as safe as a candy bet those people are the ones that believe what their doctors tell them and so if my doctor says so then it must be correct, mentality. It sux what this world has come too. Best of luck in your decision but I wont stop being concerned.

I totally understand why you feel the way you do...I just don't want anyone to feel attacked, you know? I do appreciate you directing us to these forums though they're by far the most helpful thing posted about anti-vaccine information I've come across so far....real experiences are way better than hearsay...thank you :) this is exactly the kind of stuff I needed/wanted to see to help make up my mind. I'm still iffy on the fence, but it's by far more helpful than "this doctor says this" or "this magazine reports this" and it helps a lot.

if you click on the word FORUM above you will find links to other forum topics scroll down til you see immunization& vaccines. Posts about tingling yes and if you go back further you  will find the gardasil posts too. You just don't know and to risk being injcted with who knows what is crazy. There are natural means of protection... Search Those. I'm sorry but just want to help show the other side of things.

There's a thread about tingling caused by the vaccination I just read...it's actually really interesting, but I'm not sure it's what she meant?

I'm also trying to listen to both sides of the argument to help me make up my mind, I just don't like EITHER side attacking the other...it's counter-productive.

I tried to find the thread you are referring to. I am not blindly advocating vaccination and do try to read some of the threads that you and penggal post. All I could find was the thread you started based on Swedish tabloid reports of side-effects. Is there another thread I am missing? Your post made it sound like there is an active thread of Medhelp members who experienced side-effects. Instead, all I could find a list from a Swedish tabloid, which is kind of a moot point here because the US does not use adjuvenents, which is what they suspect causes negative reactions. If a more credible, active thread exists on medhelp, please post a link to it. Thanks!
