rear end cramps
Weird for me, but has anyone gotten butt cramps? I get them sitting down and standing, walking around it seems whenever wherever. Any remedies?
Yeah I get the same muscle cramp in my left butt cheek multiple times a day, switching seating positions, getting up too fast.
It's fairly common I think but really just something you gotta suffer through...
