i recently took my paraguard out (iud) in may, my cycle no longer comes when there suppose to my last one was 3 months ago i took a preg. test it was positve went to the dr. it was negative....whats wrong with me will i be able to have any more kids ??? i need some help please thanks

well i took one 3 months ago as did he they were both positive fri.11 i had an ultra sound and blood wor and they were both negative the dr. had no answers except that he was sorry for giving me false answers
