Warm milk helps me so much!! Even when I wasn't pregnant lol.

If you have restless legs, don't take anything to help you sleep... It only makes it 100% worse!!! You can try a hot bath, heat pack, cold pack, walking or stretching or if someone can massage it for you. But I have restless legs too, before my pregnancy I had them and now it's just 100x worse! But taking any kind of sleep aid will only make you super tired, but unable to sleep because of the restlessness. trust me, I've tried

Hmm I'm not sure if you could take anything my doctor told me not to even take tynenol during the first trimester even though tynenol is safe during pregnancy maybe try some warm milk or hot tea I'm 20 weeks 5 days and I have a terrible time sleeping and I'm exhausted and I know it only gets worse usually in the first trimester that's when you still get the best sleep
Its normal..It gets worse later...I'm 30 weeks and I can't sleep at all at night anymore...
Ask your doctor some doctors will let you take tynenol pm or benadryl to help you sleep you could also call a pharmacist and tell them you are pregnant and need a sleep aid they can tell you what is safe as well how far along are you?
