Birth control overdose . Am I pregnant or did I throw off my hormones

Hello. I made a stupid mistake with my birth control. On the 24 of august I took two of my birth control pills then had protected sex with my boyfriend on the 25. At the time I thought this was a good idea and took two again on the 26 then had protected sex on the 27. I had some brake through bleeding due to to the over dose on birth control and I decided to finish my pack out correctly and never do that again. The bleeding isn't stop until the 4 of September I would think the bleeding was either from the birth control over dose or because I finished my pack. On the 5th I stopped bleeding and decided to have protected sex on the 8th while not on birth control because I hadn't gotten my new pack yet. I decided to let my body come off the hormones over dose because of the birth  control and not start my new pack. Now on the 22 of September I had protected sex but during sex I started bleeding and we stopped, but the bleeding was only during sex. I wet home and expected my period to be started but saw nothing. Today is the 24th and I'm still not on my period. It's been 19 days since my brake through/period during August. Could I be pregnant or is my body adjusting to the hormones of coming off birth control
