I am pregnant and i had a sono and on both of them they saw a sac but no baby they said i am 6wks but i think im less. I am schedule to get another sono on april 9th and the doctor gave me 3 things he think is going on w this pregnancy...
1. either im not that far along like they think
2. im going to have a miscarriage
3. either the baby is growing in my tubes that can erupt and put my life in danger.....

Im very scared this have never happened in any of my pregnancys and hopefully we see a baby on my next sono...

I was 7w4d based off my lmp for my first ultrasound, but baby measured 6w4d. its very possible you aren't as far as you thought! Try not to stress about it. :)

I am expecting twins and in my first ultrasound all they saw was the sacs too. I am 21 weeks now and both babies are growing just fine. I was told in the earlier ultrasounds all they can usually see are the sacs.

actually blighted ovums are very common and alot of them are not found until around the 12 wk mark, you def need to wait until the second scan and hopefully they will see a difference in growth
