Yeah just dependa what advice you want to follow. My dr says its nbd to eat regular sandwich meat straight out of the package. Theyre always going to have rules just bc of individual cases.

Im on my 2nd baby and I eat sandwich meats all the time my doctor said to stay away from the deli area where they have it alll cut up and sitting there.  But ones that are in package are fine .

Yes if you warm it up you can eat it. But still don't eat too much of it was what my doctor told me

I put ham on my quesadillas :/ me and my baby are both fine but I always warm it up (when im making my quesadilla)

They say you can eat it if you warm it up for a couple of seconds. That's what I've been told.
