CAN OR CANT
My back hurts I feel like I want to let it crack.. can I or is it bad??
I cracked mine all the time I had to there was no way I could deal with the uncomfortable feeling.. but if you do get annoyed with it or what not there are chiropractors that specialize in pregnant women.. I never went but it's an idea and from others I've hears it's amazing
