Can a pregnant woman eat fried shrimp?
My doctor encourages me to eat shrimp and scallops, just stay away from high mercury fish. Even those my doctor said about 3oz a week is fine.
I just did last night and also posted this question! :) and just asked my doctor today. He said stay away from shark and sword fish And tuna is okay once a week!
