second time mommies

Okay so every pregnancy is different obviously but this time around its so different ...the first time around it was perfect no symptoms no weight gain till I was 7m+ and I'm barely 9 weeks rite now and I am current having so much back pain I cry and abdominal pain  I went to the hospital and they said it's just cause of my constipation (tmi) and my baby is perfectly fine But I feel like it's to much pain for it to be just that

Have you had an ultrasound? My first thought goes to ectopic pregnancy but if they say baby is fine than that has probably been ruled out. It could just be a hormone thing.  Progesterone loosens up your ligaments on preparation for your expanding uterus, so it might be that.
As far as every pregnancy being different, I completely agree with you! My last pregnancy I was sick literally all the time, even during labor. This pregnancy I didn't even really feel pregnant until I felt the kicks, and if it wasn't for a bad reaction to alcohol I wouldn't have even known that I was pregnant until I felt the kicks. My bump is growing faster too, at 21 weeks now I look like how I looked at 30 weeks last time. Crazy!
