smoking neighbors!!! advice?

Hey ladies, so I live on the third floor of my apartments and the people who live directly below me smoke inside their apartment.... I have been waking up because the smell of ashtray is slowly making its way to the third floor. I woke up tonight at 2 am extremely nauseous from the over powering smell. Is there something I can do to help with this? Or make the issue go away?

I've tried going to both of them about it. And because it says no where in the lease that they are not to smoke inside there is nothing management can do about it and the tenants are just punks when I try and talk to them. They are kids who don't care about anyone but themselves.. I will try the bathroom I smell it mainly while I'm laying in bed, it gets extremely hot here and I cannot keep my window shut or it will be 100 degrees in my room by the time I wake up.

Also try closing bathroom doors tight it could be the pipe in the bathroom that runs from top of building to bottom where smoke is coming from

Keep your windows closed and if its coming from the corridor roll a damp towel up and block and gaps between door and floor etc...

I'd go to the neighbours or ring the management company the smoke shouldn't be travelling the building:(
