Yup and yup, his semen can help soften your cervix and start dilation. I mean you still have a but to go, but it won't hurt, drs start to recommend it in a couple weeks lol so go ahead. It might be a little uncomfortable and there might be some spotting/cramping after orgasm which is totally normal.
