First OB appt

I'm 11+2 and just now going to my OB. I didn't find out I was pregnant until three days ago. I had sensed it, but never took a test. I just really want to know what to expect at this appointment. People tell me it will be different cause its so late and some say its a regular appointment. Anybody gone through this?

I had my appointment done at 10 weeks, I don't think It will. They weigh you and take your height, pee In a cup, check your blood pressure, ask about family history of diseases and what not, ask how you are feeling, any pains, bleeding/spotting, cramps, nausea, etc.  give you a pelvic exam (or pap smear), press on your tummy and boobs checking for lumps, and listen to the baby's heartbeat. =]
