sore boobs

Idk how to explain this but my boobs are really sore.! They feel so heavy it hurts. Even if I take off my bra they hurt to touch :( I've never experienced this with my last 2 pregnancy. Wat can I wear or do or is it nornal.

Keep your bra on. If you take it out, it will make it wors>for me

They have ones at Walmart that are clip type ones at least around here. Makes on and off tons easier

Lol for real that's how mine feel like if I'm carrying big gallons of milk. They just feel so heavy if there bruised up. But I'll try a sports bra again. It just a hassle to take them off

A comfortable stretch sports bra with support helped me. I kept it kind of tight cuz it felt like the more they hung the more they hurt lol. Also as stupid as it sounds, cold packs. My daughter I never had this issue either but this one is making me feeling like I'm carrying gallon jugs of milk in my shirt

I take my bra off laying flat it helps a little

Completely normal! I had the same problem I would bend down and it felt like carrying bricks on my boobs! Lol nothing to worry about.
