well we have only been ttc for 7months so thats only small time frame.. I have told my doc we are ttc and he has said to just have fun lol so we doing exactly that as we are only 23 i want to wait before we get extra help.. And it is very frustrating i must say xx
Well thats a good sign that AF is more regular. Maybe the iron helped with that :). I know how frustrating it is to try and try and try it took me 34
Months to get pregnant. Besides fertility treatment my OB recommended we use Pre seed personal lubricant which is sperm friendly keeps the swimmers alive and helps them get to where they need to go whereas most lube kills or slows down sperm. He also recommended we use an ovulation predictor kit every month so we knew when to concentrate the BDing.
Good luck!!!
ya i've been no them for months about 5 or 6 but i'm not pregnant yet sadly...but i do feel that since i started them my af has become more regular 35-37 days average... Thank you for your comment xx
The folic acid helps prepare your body for pregnancy and apparently so does the prenatals. I think mainly you don't know you are pregnant until you have been for Approx 2 weeks already so they want you to take prenatals before getting pregnant that way you will already be taking them when you do indeed get pregnant. Most important is folic acid which prevents birth defects. Also things like calcium can build up in your system so starting them sooner means you have more of a reserve :). So while they may not aid in fertility they can prepare your body for pregnancy get your body "in shape" vitamin wise
well done bet your delighted x

i heard someone mention that cut was curious thank you xx
No. Prenatals only give your body the vitamins needed once you do get pregnant. I'm unaware of anything that does actually help, though many women make claims things do. (There is no proof they help at all though)
