Thanks lady i'm on my way to the doc now.. i guess i just wanted to know how serious it is as bedrest is almost out of the question i work full time and have a 2year old and 3year old but if it was going to make a big difference i'd obviously do it.

I had one also from 6-15 weeks with bleeding and spotting.  My son is now 8.  I was on complete bedrest and that did the trick.  Hope all gets well for you soon.

I had one during my last pregnancy and bled worse than a period almost everyday for 5 weeks straight (it was a pretty big one). Anyways what my doctor said was that they usually resolve by themselves by the 20th week and are actually a very common reason to bled in the first trimester. I was not put on bedrest but I was told no sex until I hadn't bled for at least one week straight and most importantly to take things easy. My daughter is now 2 1/2 and as healthy as can be.

As long as it is small you should be fine. I had one with my son who is now 20 months old. As long as you take it easy it should heal by itself. I was on bed rest till mine healed. The baby is generally not affected by it at this point. So just try and rest.
